Speaking about putting up a sign, check the local laws before you even think of putting up a sign or starting to read palms on a more than casual basis. Many localities still have, or still think that they have laws forbidding Palmistry along with other forms of Fortune Telling. Some places actually try to enforce those laws, even if they are no longer on the books.
